Name of Project: St. Elizabeths West Campus Electrical Vault

Project Details & Key Challenges: 

• Construction included a new 60 MVA Main Electrical Service Vault (MESV) on the St. Elizabeth's West Campus to provide normal utility power to the Coast Guard Headquarters Building and the Central Utility Plant serving the CGHQ and both normal utility and emergency power to Adaptive Reuse Buildings. 

• Scope of work included construction of the vault, mechanical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, underground utilities and general site restoration.
