Monocacy Boulevard Phase 2 Roadway Construction

Location: Fredrick, MD

 

Project Details & Key Challenges: 

• Project includes widening and realignment of existing Monocacy Blvd. including construction of new bridge, construction of retaining wall, utility relocation and rehabilitation of an existing bridge. 

• Challenges include working in marine conditions, crossing a river, and supporting active utilities including main sewer line to the Fredrick treatment plant.
